WELCOME TO OUR ONLINE TESTING CENTER

 Please read the following before proceeding to the Test Center.

The California Department of Real Estate mandates that you must have the course materials for at least 18 days before you are eligible to take the final exam.  The mandated 18 day waiting period is a per course regulation, so the fastest you may complete two courses is 36 days, three courses 54 days, etc.  Our school gives you up to one year to complete the course, after which time you must re-enroll.

When you are prepared to take the course Final Exam, email our office with your request for an online testing registration at: info@realestatelicensing.net

Be sure to include your name as it was given with your registration, and the name of the course you will be testing on (this is especially relevant for students enrolled in multiple courses).

We offer online Final Exams for all our Statutory Courses for Salesperson and Broker Licensing. 
System Requirements: Microsoft Windows™ based PC, Internet Explorer 5.0 or above, 800x600 screen resolution or greater. If you have an older version of Internet Explorer, we suggest you upgrade your browser before beginning the exam.

Our online testing center is for registered students only.  You are required to enter your assigned user name and password prior to starting any of the Final Exams.  By entering your user name and password, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• You are certifying that you are the registered student who was given this password, and that you will personally complete the exam.  Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Our online exams, per California Department of Real Estate rules and regulations, may not be copied, reproduced in any manner, or used by any person other than the registered student.

Failure to comply with this agreement may revoke your course completion certificate, and could lead to further penalties.
